This was a very informative GDPR course in which the trainer managed to make a dry topic both accessible and engaging. It was well-paced and afforded attendees the opportunity to gain clarity on the application of GDPR relative to their field of work. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone seeking a strong understanding on which to build their knowledge of GDPR.

After not knowing what to expect with this course I was pleasantly surprised. The instructor made the topic interesting that meant everyone was engaged. He answered all questions that were asked in a clear and concise way.

There was nothing missing, it was all very relevant and interesting, with lots to think about. I thought that Michael was very good at explaining the subject and he did say that if we are unsure about anything we can contact them which is reassuring.

This course could have been death by GDPR for those of us for whom it is just another part of the job we do but the presenter made it interesting and by using examples and relating it back to our organisation – useful. It was good to have short sessions within the day so we didn’t get too bogged down

We expected, by the nature of the content, the course to be quite dull and therefore the day to drag. However Michael delivered the course with humour, enthusiasm and a sound knowledge of the subject matter and so the day went relatively quickly.
We all feel as though we have a much better understanding of GDPR and what will be expected of us as a company

Really useful and highlighted some points that I hadn’t picked up on from other online research I had done. Exercises were particularly useful and I liked that the course had a relaxed pace that enable us to have discussions on points. Would definitely recommend this course to anyone wanting to really understand GDPR
