WuDo Solutions has been providing world-class governance expertise to the public, private and charity sectors for 11 years. This support has taken many forms, from interim management to project delivery, training and reviews.

Going forward we will continue to do so, but with a narrower (but deeper) focus.

Data Protection and GDPR Compliance

Going forward WuDO Solutions will focus on GDPR compliance, data protection and information governance. This means our existing offerings in the areas of risk management and conflicts of interests will change. Now, these will support the core focus of the business, for example:

  • managing privacy risk
  • the GDPR principle of accountability

New Courses

From September and October 2026 we will also be offering a range of new and focussed courses including:

  • Information security
  • GDPR implementation
  • GDPR for
    • marketing
    • schools
    • health and social care
    • non-executive directors and trustees

Focussed Workshops

We have created a range of expert led workshops that focus on particular but common challenges in GDPR compliance. These include:

  • Handling subject access requests (14 October 2026)
  • Handling data breaches (12 November 2026)
  • The safe use of personal data in AI (14 January 2027)

These exclusive workshops will be free to past course attendees and heavily discounted for newsletter subscribers

Other Changes

Over the next few weeks you will see:

  • courses on risk management and conflicts of interests being withdrawn
  • existing courses on GDPR and freedom of information getting new dates
  • a range of new courses, including the ones set out above, being published
  • risk management and conflicts of interests resources being withdrawn
  • freedom of information resources being folded into GDPR resources, which in turn will be updated
  • our content focus moving from topic (e.g. risk management or GDPR) to sectors (HR, management, marketing etc.)
